Senior Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Translate service visions into actionable roadmaps, objectives, and key results in partnership with engineering teams.
• Drive project delivery by holding teams accountable to specific KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, proactively unblocking teams to ensure smooth execution of security programs.
• Reduce developer friction by redesigning services to make the secure path the easiest option for engineers.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent programs while making difficult prioritization calls regarding resources and time.
• Improve organizational standards by refining program management practices, tools, and internal processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of experience, Master's plus 7 years, or PhD plus 4 years are required.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex, high-visibility programs to measurable outcomes is required.
• Exceptional learning agility in technical domains and the ability to work autonomously under ambiguity are required.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across teams is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting are required.
• Fluency in how modern software is built and secured across the SDLC is preferred.
• A background in software engineering, DevOps, or hands-on security experience is preferred.
• Product management experience or a program management certification (e.g., PMP, PGMP) is preferred.
