What we're looking for

Familiarity with modern retrieval techniques including neural/semantic retrieval and LLM-based query understanding.
Strong technical depth in machine learning and large-scale distributed/backend systems.
Track record of driving complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy through launch.
Demonstrated ability to connect modeling and ranking decisions to business metrics like conversion and revenue.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical partners.
