Manage and mentor a mix of Engineering Managers and senior Individual Contributors.
Develop engineering leaders by providing structured mentorship and raising leadership standards.
Directly mentor senior ICs, offering technical guidance and career development support.
Drive technical strategy and ensure alignment on priorities and architecture direction.
Lead hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent at the EM and senior IC levels.
Build action plans to align workstreams across squads and eliminate communication gaps.
What we're looking for
10+ years of technical experience with deep knowledge in architecture and operations of large-scale services.
Proven track record managing Engineering Managers and senior Individual Contributors, developing strong leaders and teams.
Experience planning and delivering complex projects across multiple squads, turning ideas into shipped products.
Expertise in public cloud infrastructure, networking, architecture, Linux, orchestration, monitoring, automation, and configuration management.
Strong ability to analyze and solve difficult technical challenges efficiently using resources.
Passion for collaborating with design, product, and user insights throughout the software development lifecycle.
