Ensures compliance with medical device regulatory requirements throughout the development process.

What we're looking for

5+ years of managerial experience in manufacturing technology development
Deep expertise in polymer molding, micro-molding, and additive polymer manufacturing technologies
Experience developing and deploying manufacturing technologies from concept to commercialization
Demonstrated ability to build and execute technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy
Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and design control processes
Proven track record of translating technical advancements into measurable business value
