As the Senior Engineering Manager for Upstart’s Cash Line team, you will lead a high-performing engineering team of approximately 10 members tasked with scaling and enhancing Upstart’s first in-house revolving line of credit product. Familiarity with fintech platforms and consumer financial products is preferred, as well as the ability to balance technical execution with stakeholder management.

What you'll do

Lead and develop a team of 10 engineers to scale Upstart’s Cash Line product.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience.
At least 3 years of direct people management experience in software engineering teams.
Experience establishing execution frameworks and delivery processes in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product and Design teams on complex initiatives.
Track record of prioritizing and delivering multiple concurrent engineering projects with measurable impact.
