What you'll do

Design and build scalable CPQ configurations including product rules, pricing logic, and bundle management.
Develop CLM workflows involving clause libraries, approval chains, and e-signature integrations.
Translate complex quote-to-cash requirements from stakeholders into secure, maintainable technical solutions.
Manage the full solution lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex pricing, contract generation, and integration issues with ERP systems.
Implement AI-powered engineering tools to improve code quality, documentation, and development productivity.
Drive engineering best practices regarding code quality, release management, and platform governance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and administrators.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise application engineering.
3+ years of experience specifically in CPQ and/or CLM implementation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (product/price rules, quote templates, approval processes) and a CLM platform.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flows, SOQL, APIs, and platform customization.
Experience with CI/CD, deployment processes, code refactoring, and performance optimization.
Experience integrating CPQ/CLM with ERP/billing systems (NetSuite preferred).
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred); Salesforce CPQ Specialist or other advanced certifications are also valued.
