Senior Electrical Engineer, Satellite Avionics

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of satellite avionics subsystems from architecture through production ramp.
• Translate mission requirements into manufacturable hardware designs and lead system architecture.
• Drive circuit design, analysis, and ECAD schematic capture to meet performance targets.
• Lead hardware design reviews for architecture, schematics, and PCB layouts.
• Develop and execute bring-up, verification, and qualification test strategies.
• Lead debugging and root cause resolution across development, qualification, and production phases.
• Establish requirements, traceability, and verification frameworks for hardware subsystems.
• Manage production readiness by improving yields and resolving manufacturing issues.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• 5+ years of experience developing hardware across the full product lifecycle from concept through production at scale.
• Experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Experience with PCB design and debug, including processors, FPGAs, power supplies, and sensors.
• Experience with complex board designs such as high-speed interfaces, power electronics, or high-reliability systems.
• Experience using ECAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
