Senior Director, Technical Program Management

What you'll do

• Oversee the delivery of technical products and services while ensuring compliance with security, legal, and accessibility requirements.
• Forecast program scope, milestones, and resource demands while aligning technical priorities with executive management goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to address critical security escalations and program dependencies.
• Establish global delivery standards and strategic directions for technical program improvements and operational scalability.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of implementation, incident management, and organizational change activities.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate group performance against established quality and timeline goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by embedding data-driven decision-making and innovative methodologies into organizational workflows.
• Manage talent development by partnering with HR to execute performance management systems and career growth strategies.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
• Must have experience overseeing large-scale projects, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Must be able to develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation and change management strategies.
• Must have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Must be able to oversee reporting, analytics, and KPI development to monitor group performance.
