Senior Director, Technical Product Management

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap standard and two-to-three-year NorthStar vision for all DSCX product areas.
• Define and enforce a consistent prioritization framework, such as RICE, to sequence work across the portfolio.
• Establish KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs to hold the team accountable for measurable business outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers and UX designers, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure all products have high-quality PRDs, INVEST-quality user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage the stakeholder map, funding pipeline, and business case approvals for the Defense & Systems business.
• Partner with Engineering to align technical design, sequencing, and delivery with enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive the adoption of AI technology to expand the team's delivery capabilities and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, an Associate's degree with 13 years, or a High School Diploma with 15 years.
• Must have at least 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and IT.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to access export-controlled information.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have experience leading product managers or teams, including hiring and performance management (preferred).
• Must have deep expertise in end-to-end product management for enterprise digital products (preferred).
• Must have strong knowledge of software design, Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), and technical sequencing (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
