What you'll do

Oversee quality and food safety for all flavors produced in the Apopka facility.
Develop and maintain formulas for all products manufactured at Flavor Manufacturing Apopka.
Manage relationships with religious organizations to ensure product certifications (Kosher, Halal).
Lead a team of scientists and engineers to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMPs, FDA regulations, and other safety requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in multinational manufacturing or supply chain roles.
Minimum 5 years as head of operations/manufacturing with leadership team involvement.
Extensive knowledge of flavors, flavor manufacturing processes, and citrus oils.
Experience managing cost and productivity performance across diverse product portfolios.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and quality management standards (ISO, FSSC).
