What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in utility OT with significant leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing SCADA platforms, OMS, EMS, GMS, ADMS, and private telecom networks.
- Expertise in utility operations, grid control systems, OT/IT integration, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills for multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic thinking to balance immediate operational needs with long-term technology planning.
