What you'll do

Own the technology stack across the complete lending lifecycle from marketing targeting to lien perfection.
Manage technology capital allocation, platform roadmaps, and engineering teams for a $6.1 billion run-rate business.
Design and deliver a destination architecture for real-time account-level valuations and cash-flow projections.
Scale automated funding pipelines to achieve 90%+ zero-touch funding through robust verification and exception-handling frameworks.
Re-engineer lien perfection systems by building a rules-as-code title orchestration platform.
Modernize data architecture to ingest complex data directly into the marketing engine for pre-application offers.
Transition the engineering organization to an AI-native model using autonomous code-review agents and synthetic test suites.
Automate regulatory and compliance controls directly into CI/CD pipelines to maintain high development velocity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in people management.
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
At least 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
At least 9 years of experience in Data architecture.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering (preferred).
12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and design patterns (preferred).
