What we're looking for
At least 8 years of experience in User Experience Research, Data Science, Customer Experience, or Product Management
Proven ability to manage and develop a team of researchers, analysts, or data scientists (minimum 2 years)
Expertise in aggregating, collecting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
Demonstrated leadership in building and leading world-class teams with customer experience insights and business acumen
Experience in developing AI-enabled continuous discovery tools or programs
Strong communication skills to influence senior executives and collaborate across the enterprise
Background in Human Factors, Statistics, Computer Science, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Systems Architecture, Data Science, or Behavioral Economics
