What you'll do
Define and execute strategy for building a high-performing AI product development team.
Lead technical and functional aspects of an AI Product team to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions.

What we're looking for
10+ years of software/technology product development experience, including 5–7+ years building AI/ML products.
5+ years of people management experience leading AI engineering or software teams.
Strong customer-centric approach with outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
Deep experience in ML Ops tools for experiment tracking, model training, data versioning, annotation, serving, monitoring, and observability.
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Significant experience working with agile software development methods and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of database technologies and data modeling principles.
