What we're looking for

Track record of delivering large, complex engineering programs on time and within budget with measurable business impact.
Experience building and scaling developer productivity frameworks and KPIs across organizations of 500+ engineers.
Deep expertise in API engineering, test automation, and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
