Essential skills include systems thinking, proficiency in software development lifecycle practices, and experience navigating complex platform architectures to deliver scalable capabilities while ensuring predictable execution across multi-team technology portfolios within a large-scale enterprise environment.

What you'll do

  • Define and evolve a scalable delivery operating model, including planning frameworks and governance for the PSET organization.
  • Transform the portfolio and TPM practice into an AI-native system with automated tooling and decision-support systems.
  • Lead a high-performing TPM and Portfolio organization to improve cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide executive-level visibility on program health, risks, capacity, and dependencies to facilitate faster decision-making.
  • Manage portfolio governance across the platform stack, including prioritization, sequencing, and trade-off analysis.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex platform initiatives from initial problem framing to measurable customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior escalation authority for resolving complex, cross-organizational program issues with executive leadership.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to align program planning with technical dependencies and operational realities.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, technology operations, or consulting/PMO.
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or program organizations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs with multi-team execution and risk management.
  • Proven experience owning portfolio execution strategy, including prioritization frameworks, sequencing, and resource allocation.
  • Fluency in software development lifecycle practices, engineering workflows, and AI-accelerated development environments.
  • Strong systems thinking to analyze technical dependencies and use data/metrics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Experience building program organizations at scale, including org design and talent development.
  • Ability to make difficult trade-off decisions under pressure and resolve cross-team conflicts.
  • Ability to reason about complex platform architectures and operational risks (preferred).
  • Experience in enterprise-scale platform environments supporting multiple products or teams (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt practices across different operating environments and organizational cultures (preferred).
