Senior Director, Field Marketing, APAC at Cloudflare

What you'll do

• Drive comprehensive APAC demand marketing strategy to maximize total pipeline for all segments.
• Champion agentic AI transformation in marketing processes to enhance team productivity.
• Own regional event strategies and executive CXO engagement across the APAC region.
• Lead high-performing teams and collaborate with global marketing functions for co-marketing motions.
• Ensure market and message alignment by partnering with sales and product marketing teams.
• Execute, optimize, and report on integrated marketing approaches to deliver disruptive growth.
• Manage performance-driven budget allocation aligned with highest-growth market opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in B2B APAC marketing with deep knowledge of GTM teams and multi-country dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills, including scaling and mentoring high-performing field marketing teams.
• Expertise in demand, inbound, and account-based/target account marketing strategies.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, custom apps, and automated workflows for marketing efficiency.
• Excellent quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Superior writing and presentation abilities to communicate with international executive stakeholders.
