Senior Director, Engineering – OCI Infrastructure Planning & Capacity Management

What you'll do

• Lead the development of engineering systems for infrastructure forecasting, planning, sourcing, and capacity management.
• Drive large-scale engineering initiatives across multiple OCI organizations and business units.
• Define and execute organizational strategy to support OCI’s long-term growth objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and deployment readiness.
• Establish operational metrics and governance processes for scalable platforms and services.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering organization focused on infrastructure planning.

What we're looking for

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience managing managers and senior technical leaders.
• Proven track record leading large engineering organizations for mission-critical systems or cloud platforms.
• Experience developing and executing organizational strategy, roadmaps, and operating plans.
• Success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, finance, and business units.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
