What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in a quantitative field; or advanced degrees with 6 years; or Ph.D. with 4 years; or 11 years of experience.
At least 4 years of management experience.
Experience in at least five of the following: data analysis/SQL, machine learning/statistical modeling, data visualization, high-level programming, distributed computing, and healthcare knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A track record of independently delivering or leading complex analytics or data science projects.
Experience mentoring, managing, or leading junior analytics or data science staff.
Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and conduct cost-benefit analyses for business cases.
Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, healthcare experience (preferred), or Actuarial Credentials (preferred).
