What you'll do

  • Design and build AI/ML models for agentic AI products and autonomous coding agents.
  • Design experiments and A/B tests to model telemetry and evaluate product impact.
  • Translate complex modeling results into AI strategy and guidance for C-suite leadership.
  • Shape the machine learning practice from design through training, evaluation, and implementation.
  • Oversee the development of benchmark and challenger models to stress test critical decisions.
  • Assess and defend state-of-the-art decision-making systems to internal and regulatory partners.
  • Influence senior business leaders on model strategy, business use, and associated risks.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's in a quantitative field plus 11 years of data analytics experience, a Master's plus 9 years, or a PhD plus 6 years.
  • Must have at least 6 years of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
  • Must have at least 6 years of experience working with machine learning.
  • Must have at least 6 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
  • Must have experience with clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, time series, and deep learning.
  • Must have hands-on experience developing data science solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
  • PhD in a STEM field plus 5 years of experience in data analytics (preferred).
  • At least 6 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R, AWS, complex architectural patterns, and DevOps/DevSecOps tools (preferred).
