What you'll do

  • Lead a team of over 10 product managers specializing in data modeling and governance.
  • Translate complex business strategies into high-performing, consumer-facing digital products.
  • Manage a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders across fraud modeling, AML, and real-time customer experiences.
  • Simplify complex technical topics and problem-solving processes for broad audiences.
  • Refine and simplify operating models to achieve shared organizational outcomes.
  • Drive innovation in data-intensive domains including analytics and API gateways.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
  • At least three years of experience in People Management.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • Experience in data product management, analytics, API gateways, or other complex, data-intensive domains (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in People Management (preferred).
  • Experience coming out of Big Tech or a FinTech Corporation (preferred).
