Senior Digital Signal Processing Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead technology analysis and system engineering for tactical communications and electronic warfare systems.
• Develop algorithms for statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements using detection and estimation theory.
• Perform waveform simulation and optimize floating-point and fixed-point computations.
• Conduct research and applied R&D for modeling and implementing communications and electronic warfare systems.
• Design, implement, and test anti-jam systems with spatial beamforming and beam steering.
• Implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for signal detection and modulation.
• Analyze linear and non-linear signal processing, channel estimation, equalization, and OFDM.
• Synthesize and analyze LPI/LPD waveforms for military applications.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
• 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
• Agile experience (preferred).
• Statistical Signal Processing, Multi-rate Signal Processing, and DSP for mitigating/processing RF effects (preferred).
• Algorithm development for statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements utilizing Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications and Information Theory (preferred).
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing anti-jam systems with spatial beamforming-beam ing (preferred).
