What you'll do

Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and release strategies for the VISTA digital platform.
Translate complex business challenges into actionable product requirements and user stories for development teams.
Lead the execution of software enhancements, maintenance releases, and defect remediation.
Gather and prioritize feedback from users to improve product adoption and functionality.
Create product documentation, user guidance, and training materials as the primary product expert.
Coordinate with data engineers and developers to integrate analytical insights into supply chain solutions.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation for new features.
Monitor product performance metrics and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Experience in software product ownership, management, or business analysis for digital products.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product requirements and user stories.
Proficiency in managing the full software lifecycle, including change requests, defect remediation, and roadmap planning.
Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, execution, and validation.
Strong communication skills to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Supply Chain (preferred).
Experience applying quantitative, statistical, or modeling techniques to solve complex business problems (preferred).
Experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, or advanced analytics technologies (preferred).
