What you'll do

Design and deliver new functionality in collaboration with Development and Product Management teams.
Perform deep dives into systemic and latent reliability issues to produce and roll out fixes.
Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services in coordination with SREs.
Identify, scope, and create automation for the deployment, management, and visibility of services.
Manage production workloads using .NET/IIS within Docker and Kubernetes environments on Azure.
Implement configuration management and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
Monitor system health using observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Participate in a 12-hour shift on-call rotation to handle daily operational needs.

What we're looking for

Experience building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
Hands-on experience building and running production workloads on Azure.
Production experience managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes.
Expertise in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
Programming skills in C# and .NET.
Experience with observability technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Experience developing SLOs for SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
