What you'll do

Design and deliver new functionality in coordination with Development and Product Management teams.
Perform deep dives into systemic and latent reliability issues to produce and roll out fixes.
Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services in conjunction with SREs.
Scope and create automation for the deployment, management, and visibility of company services.
Balance sprint-based project work with daily operational needs within an agile framework.
Participate in a 12-hour shift on-call rotation.
Build and manage fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems using Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Implement load testing and develop SLOs for SaaS products.

What we're looking for

Experience building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
Experience building and running production workloads on Azure.
Production experience managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes.
Expertise in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
Programming skills in C# and .NET.
Experience with observability technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Experience developing SLOs for SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
