What you'll do

Plan, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software projects.
Design multi-worker systems robust to hardware failures and upgrade outages.
Build infrastructure-as-code solutions for automated, on-target testing of medical devices.
Develop and collect metrics regarding infrastructure impact on developer velocity, product reliability, and cost.
Create documentation and run books for testing infrastructure to facilitate independent troubleshooting.
Evaluate new technology alternatives and provide training/documentation for CI/CD initiatives.
Lead projects by managing schedules, purchasing physical infrastructure, and maintaining budgets.
Ensure all systems comply with FDA and other global regulatory requirements for medical devices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Engineering or a related field.
Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience or a Doctorate with 2+ years of experience.
Expert knowledge in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket CI, and GitHub Actions.
Expert knowledge in scripting languages for Windows 11 and Linux cloud containers like Python and PowerShell.
Experience with embedded software test infrastructure or Hardware-in-the-Loop testing.
Experience with software development life cycle processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred experience with safety-critical medical device systems and relevant regulatory standards like ISO or FDA.
