What you'll do

Represent Auth0 at industry events, conferences, and webinars to engage the developer community.
Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and labs to educate developers.
Build and nurture relationships with influential developers and existing customers.
Advocate for developer needs and pain points to the internal Product and Architecture teams.
Review early documentation, SDKs, and product capabilities during the development lifecycle.
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive communications for the developer community.
Provide feedback from the developer community to inform improvements in APIs, SDKs, and features.

What we're looking for

Technical background or understanding of application development and IT operations.
Experience in deploying, configuring, or implementing software tools and products.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
Willingness to travel 30% or more for the role.
Experience as a Developer Advocate, Evangelist, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Customer Success Manager, or Technical Account Manager (preferred).
Experience with at least one authentication or authorization protocol such as OAuth, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or LDAP (preferred).
Understanding of core security concerns like password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, and XSRF (preferred).
Experience building web, mobile, or IoT applications using various front and back end languages (preferred).
