Senior Design Program Manager, Enterprise XD

What you'll do

• Translate high-level strategy into actionable design processes and best practices for the Enterprise XD organization.
• Drive end-to-end creative pipelines including prioritization, resource management, and program tracking.
• Develop and deploy solutions to achieve specific business outcomes for internal tools and experiences.
• Establish and maintain roadmaps by aligning design priorities with cross-functional business demands.
• Optimize workflows to enable the creative team to focus on product innovation.
• Manage team health and resourcing in coordination with design leadership.
• Establish engagement models and collaboration channels with key design partners and stakeholders.
• Advocate for design practices by ensuring teams have the necessary time and space during product development.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of applicable program management experience in a technology and creative environment.
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale design programs and projects, preferably in collaboration with product and engineering (preferred).
• Domain experience in partnering with advertising or ad tech product teams.
• Experience managing both up and across large design teams of 30+ team members.
• Experience working in continuous delivery environments where the pace is fast.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate and evangelize concepts.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with demonstrated proactive cross-functional partnership on large-scale initiatives.
