What you'll do

Perform failure analysis on GPU baseboards and servers at the rack, system, and component levels.
Identify root causes of factory build problems for Datacenter DGX, MGX, and HGX products.
Analyze logs and failures spanning hardware, software, and firmware to propose mitigation strategies.
Build experiments and collect data to determine root causes for hardware failures.
Execute Build for Test and Manufacturing (DFx) enabling efforts to meet production schedules.
Provide timely root cause reports and corrective action plans detailing all findings and steps taken.
Develop debug guides for use by partner teams and customers.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

What we're looking for

8+ years of working experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent failure analysis or debug experience on motherboards, graphic cards, servers, PCs, or datacenter products.
Demonstrated knowledge in enabling DFx requirements.
Proven understanding and strong skills in one or more areas: Hardware, Software, Component, Process, Test, or Validation.
Familiarity with sophisticated characterization equipment, including oscilloscopes and analyzers.
Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
