What you'll do

Develop, maintain, and refine Media Mix Models (MMM) and multi-touch attribution models using advanced statistical methods.
Build optimization algorithms to maximize subscriber growth and revenue based on media spend data.
Analyze marketing campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations for media investment and planning.
Translate complex model outputs into clear, visual, and verbal storylines for executive audiences.
Evaluate and implement emerging machine learning, AI, and statistical approaches to improve analytical workflows.
Manage end-to-end analytical projects using SQL, Python/R, and Databricks for large-scale data processing.
Design and evaluate experimental designs to measure incrementality across various media channels.

What we're looking for

A BA/BS in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, industrial engineering, or another quantitative discipline is required.
4+ years of experience building data science and statistical models including multivariate regression, Markov Chain, and Time Series models.
1+ years of experience specifically in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi Touch Attribution Modeling.
Expertise in linear and non-linear optimization approaches and customizing optimization algorithms.
Proficiency in SQL and R and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing, analytics, and model development.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate analysis and workflow automation.
Knowledge of media and advertising across display, digital, and paid search channels.
