What you'll do

Develop, maintain, and refine Media Mix Models (MMM) and attribution models using advanced statistical methods.
Build optimization algorithms to maximize subscriber growth and revenue based on model outputs.
Analyze media spend and performance to provide actionable recommendations for marketing investment.
Design and evaluate experimental and incrementality tests to measure marketing campaign impact.
Translate complex analytical outputs into clear business storylines and visual presentations for executive audiences.
Use SQL, R, and Python within Databricks to build scalable, industry-leading measurement solutions.
Evaluate and apply generative AI and machine learning tools to improve data science productivity.
Own complex analytical projects end-to-end to inform media planning and investment decisions.

What we're looking for

BA/BS in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, industrial engineering, or another quantitative discipline is required.
Master's or PhD degree is a plus (preferred).
4+ years of experience building data science or statistical models including multivariate regression, Markov Chain, and Time Series models.
1+ years of experience in Media Mix Modeling and Multi-Touch Attribution Modeling.
Expertise in SQL and R and/or Python.
Expertise in linear and non-linear optimization (Local/Global) approaches.
Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing, analytics, and model development.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and a strong understanding of generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
