What we're looking for

Must have experience with measurement approaches such as causal inference, experimentation, incrementality, attribution, or media mix modeling.
Must have strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
Must have expertise in managing complex ambiguous projects end-to-end, including risk and change management.
Must have excellent communication skills to influence and guide stakeholders through analytical findings.
Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Preferred: PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics.
Preferred: Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
Preferred: Experience using open source frameworks such as scikit learn, tensorflow, or torch.
Preferred: Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
