What you'll do

Lead data science for the Meals initiative and own the post-MVP scale-up of DS systems and infrastructure.
Design, build, and maintain metric tracking frameworks to measure engagement, activation, and reactivation.
Drive experimentation strategy from hypothesis definition to analysis and product recommendations.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align on strategy and communicate data-driven insights.
Define success metrics and KPIs for a high-visibility 0→1 product initiative.
Optimize product funnels to improve market fit and user engagement.
Apply causal inference and statistical modeling to measure long-term and cross-surface effects.
Improve logging, instrumentation, and metric definitions in complex data environments.

What we're looking for

4+ years of work experience in a data science or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in consumer-facing product data science partnering with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Data Engineers.
Strong foundation in product and data analysis, A/B experimentation, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
Experience defining KPIs and optimizing funnels for product market fit.
Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex technical findings for senior business and engineering stakeholders.
Experience bridging offline evaluation metrics with online experiments and business outcomes (preferred).
Background in causal inference beyond standard A/B tests to measure long-term or cross-surface effects (preferred).
