What you'll do

Design, integrate, and implement data solutions for both on-premise and cloud environments.
Support the migration of existing data workloads to the cloud.
Process Claims, Revenue, Medicare Specific files, and data from 30+ payors into the Data Warehouse.
Modify code in SQL, Python, and PySpark to support cloud-based and on-prem data warehousing services.
Perform dimensional data modeling and schema design for data warehousing.
Troubleshoot data issues and apply various performance improvement techniques.
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices within the data engineering team.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience working with SQL and relational database management systems.
3+ years of experience in Cloud technologies.
3+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL server.
3+ years of experience in Databricks.
Proficiency in modifying code in SQL, Python, and PySpark to support cloud and on-prem data warehousing services.
Hands-on experience with dimensional data modeling, schema design, data warehousing, troubleshooting, and performance improvement techniques.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or specialized training/relevant professional qualification (preferred).
