What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, business analytics, quantitative life sciences, or a related field.
Must have 2 years of work experience as a data engineer, systems engineer, or similar role in a commercial biopharma environment.
Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of work experience in a commercial biopharma environment.
Must have experience extracting and combining multiple internal and external data sets.
Must have experience onboarding, consolidating, cleansing, and structuring data for reports, analytical applications, and machine learning models.
Must have experience pressure-testing data requirements to ensure accurate and meaningful data delivery.
Must have experience performing data analysis and reconciliation on datasets of varying sizes and complexities.
Must have experience compiling, presenting, and explaining data in writing and orally to business stakeholders and senior management.
Must have experience utilizing data analysis programming languages.
