Senior Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Identify and analyze process gaps using data exploration and investigative techniques to propose data-driven solutions.
• Build prototype statistical models and algorithms to improve forecasting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Develop user-friendly tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights for service center and enterprise teams.
• Create KPIs, metrics, and calculations to measure performance and shape desired behaviors across the organization.
• Apply AI-enabled analysis techniques to transform unstructured data into scalable insights.
• Translate complex analytics into clear business insights through compelling presentations and data visualizations.
• Mentor team members by sharing domain knowledge, best practices, and advanced analytical techniques.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across the reporting portfolio and align insights with business goals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a track record of solving complex business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Looker or Power BI.
• Practical experience using large language models and AI prompt engineering to analyze and categorize data.
• Proven experience developing metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders through storytelling and visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members in analytics.
• Familiarity with service center analytics and building statistical models or algorithms for forecasting.
