Senior Data Analyst, Planning & Inventory Management

What you'll do

• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical questions and actionable data models.
• Develop AI-driven solutions including GenAI and agentic workflows to automate insights and support decision-making.
• Apply causal, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to optimize inventory levels and forecasting accuracy.
• Manage large-scale datasets using SQL, Spark, and BigQuery while maintaining reliable data pipelines via Airflow.
• Create and present data stories that communicate complex technical findings to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards using BI visualization platforms.
• Document analytical methodologies and assumptions to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing across teams.

What we're looking for

• Hold a BA/BS degree in Math, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Possess 3+ years of work experience in data analysis or a master's degree in business analytics or data science.
• Demonstrate extensive exposure to SQL, SQL optimization, and DW/BI concepts.
• Have hands-on experience with BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Possess strong knowledge of structured and unstructured databases including Teradata, Oracle, Hive, and HDFS.
• Experience in R, Python, Hive, or other open-source languages and database systems.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques including Regression, Time-series models, and Classification Techniques.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM-based solutions like prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
