Senior Data Analyst, Planning & Inventory Management

What you'll do

• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical questions and modeling approaches.
• Develop and deliver AI-driven solutions including GenAI and agentic workflows for forecasting and optimization.
• Apply causal, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify business levers and inform actions.
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines using GCP BigQuery, Spark, and Airflow.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
• Define quality metrics and measure the tangible business impact of AI-driven analytical workflows.
• Document analytical methodologies and assumptions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.

What we're looking for

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in Math, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in data analysis or a master's level education in business analytics or data science.
• Extensive exposure to SQL, SQL optimization, and DW/BI concepts.
• Proven hands-on experience with BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of structured and unstructured databases, including Teradata, Oracle, Hive, and HDFS.
• Experience in R, Python, Hive, or other open-source languages and databases.
• Experience in advanced analytical techniques such as Regression, Time-series models, and Classification Techniques.
• Experience in Retail, Merchandising, or Marketing (preferred).
• Experience leveraging Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (preferred).
