What you'll do

Manage standard costing practices to ensure accurate product costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting.
Perform work order reviews, variance analyses, and closures for specific product lines and production sites.
Execute the cost accounting close process including cost roll-ups, absorption reporting, and inventory reconciliations.
Administer physical and cycle count programs to ensure accuracy and proper valuation of inventory.
Manage compliance with internal controls and coordinate with external auditors on inventory-related matters.
Support U.S. government contract requirements including FAR/CAS pricing and audit documentation.
Execute IPO readiness initiatives by establishing SOX-compliant financial controls and scalable systems.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to analyze manufacturing performance and cost drivers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
5-7 years of progressive cost accounting experience in manufacturing is required.
Experience with standard costing in complex, low-volume, high-dollar manufacturing environments is required.
Strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting cost principles (FAR/CAS) is required.
Demonstrated experience maintaining internal controls and supporting external audits is required.
Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis tools is required.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.
