Senior Core Infrastructure Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and develop advanced network fabric and systems for large-scale enterprise, data center, and cloud environments.
• Build and customize automation modules, scripts, and telemetry systems to monitor network health and automate routine tasks.
• Develop complex test cases and strategies to ensure network integrity and lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations.
• Analyze network performance metrics like latency and throughput to identify efficiency issues and scale infrastructure.
• Create playbooks for incident response and develop tools to improve frontline support team efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide subject matter expertise on technical networking issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure hardware, firmware, and software align with networking standards.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience designing and developing advanced network systems for enterprise, data center, or cloud environments is required.
• Proficiency in building modules within automation frameworks and writing advanced scripts for network tasks is required.
• Ability to develop complex test cases, strategies, and lead root cause analysis (RCA) improvements is required.
• Experience monitoring network health through dashboards, telemetry systems, and alerting mechanisms is required.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide subject matter expertise on technical issues is required.
• Ability to analyze network performance metrics to identify efficiency issues and scale networks independently is required.
