What you'll do

Build and maintain consolidated control framework components including policies, standards, objectives, risks, and metrics.

Perform control harmonization, change control documentation, and downstream impact assessments.
Translate business and system discussions into specific control requirements for the Technology Solutions Lifecycle.
Execute testing activities related to control verification and IT implementation.
Support risk assessments, audits, evidence collection, and the preparation of review materials.
Maintain high-quality technical documentation to ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of technical experience or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of experience is required.
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a technical engineering role is required.
Experience with various regulatory control frameworks is required.
Proficiency in controls engineering and systems analysis is required.
Skills in requirements gathering and documentation are required.
Ability to perform data analysis and problem solving is required.
Experience providing testing and validation support is required.
Experience supporting change control processes is required.
