What we're looking for
5+ years of experience deploying, monitoring, scaling, and upgrading distributed database technologies like CassandraDB, Opensearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
5+ years of experience managing AWS infrastructure at scale.
5+ years of experience with infrastructure automation and DevOps practices including CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
5+ years of experience supporting live production systems for customer-facing software as a service.
3+ years of experience leading technical projects, including task estimation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Exposure to modern data platforms including data pipelines, streaming systems, AI/ML, and GenAI workloads (preferred).
Experience writing data-driven applications in Java or Python and familiarity with data access patterns (preferred).
