Senior Business System Analyst, FICO Costing

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions and new functionalities.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations for the SAP FICO module.
• Mentor teammates and global support teams on SAP FICO configurations and daily production support.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions based on business needs.
• Manage onsite and offshore resources to complete small to medium-sized projects.
• Create training documentation and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Architect solutions by integrating FICO functional areas with MM, SD, PP, APO, and BW modules.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of SAP ECC 6.0/S4 experience focused on FICO modules.
• Functional and technical proficiency with at least 7+ SAP FICO implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• Strong SAP FICO configuration and technical skills, specifically in Product Cost.
• Expertise in Product Cost, Actual Cost, Material Ledger, Production order processing, Month End, COPA, GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and SAP Security.
• Experience in non-SAP Finance applications like Concur, Blackline, One-Source, and AP Invoice Automation tools.
• Ability to architect solutions by integrating FICO with MM, SD, PP, APO, and BW functional areas.
• Experience in SAP BW/BI (preferred); experience in semiconductor industry (preferred); exposure to SAP BPC (preferred).
