Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, ProdOps OAT

What you'll do

• Develop key metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Define analytical approaches to uncover new insights and improve productivity.
• Build self-service reporting solutions that scale across the organization.
• Write complex SQL queries and develop efficient data pipelines for analysis.
• Maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring quality, availability, and scalability.
• Communicate complex analytical insights effectively through clear documentation and presentations.
• Mentor team members and promote analytics best practices within the organization.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience with SQL and scripting for automation.
• Expertise in extracting, transforming, and cleaning large multi-TB datasets.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, design of experiments, and data science theory.
• Proficiency in information retrieval, machine learning, and data mining practices.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience communicating analytical results to senior leadership.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to bridge data needs and business requirements.
