What you'll do

Design and maintain datasets and pipelines for marketing and customer data across B2C tech stack.
Develop SQL-based transformations and ETL/ELT workflows to structure and unify complex data sources.
Create and optimize Amazon QuickSight dashboards for acquisition performance, attribution, and lifecycle analysis.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify funnel drop-offs and diagnose performance issues in customer journeys.
Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and scalable self-service tools.

What we're looking for

6+ years of professional experience in data-related roles
Extensive SQL expertise with at least 5 years of hands-on experience
Proven ability to process and analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets from diverse sources
Experience developing automated reporting systems and ETL workflows for big data sets
Strong background in statistical analysis and design of experiments
Proficiency with AWS technologies and cloud-based data solutions
Demonstrated capability in communicating complex analytical results to senior leadership
