Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

What you'll do

• Analyze business and technical processes to develop information processing systems for fraud detection.
• Conduct requirements gathering to define scope, objectives, and project goals.
• Perform quantitative analysis on data, costs, benefits, and process measurements.
• Serve as a lead analyst for continuous process improvement and organizational redesign projects.
• Participate in the full software implementation lifecycle as a member of a SAFe scrum team.
• Develop technical documentation for complex data and reporting projects using PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Resolve complex problems escalated by lower-level consultants and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Provide accurate estimates and requirement analysis to reduce risk on program deliverables.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5 or more years of related experience.
• Must be able to obtain a NACI (T1) public trust.
• Must have lived in the United States at least three out of the last five years.
• Ability to read or write PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for data support.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience.
• Ability to analyze technical processes and document complex data or reporting projects.
• Security Clearance Level: No clearance.
