Senior ATE Hardware Engineer

As a Senior ATE Hardware Engineer, you will join the team to design ATE production loadboards and evaluation boards for characterization across various product lines including GPU, Tegra, Automotive, and assembled boards. You will collaborate with test engineers and vendors to resolve component and board fabrication issues while evaluating new components and processes to improve test coverage and reduce costs. Your daily work involves partnering with cross-functional teams in design, SI, high speed characterization, DFT, and ATE test to implement effective solutions. The role requires a BSEE or higher with an RF/communication focus and expertise in Cadence Allegro, SPICE, Perl, and Excel. You will navigate complex technical challenges involving multilayer PCB routing for high frequency signals and high speed digital signal routing to ensure the highest quality production standards.
