Senior Associate, System Integration and Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Apply system integration and test engineering standards to complex payloads and space vehicles.
• Specify requirements and architect I&T approaches for flight hardware and ground support equipment.
• Participate in design peer reviews and plan top-level I&T flows for efficient asset use.
• Provide technical support for detailed test plans and guide teams on I&T processes.
• Manage complex engineering tasks across electrical, mechanical, optical, software, and hardware components.
• Execute on-the-floor system level tests based on subject matter expertise.
• Obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or thermal engineering background.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
• Technical leadership with System I&T experience (preferred).
• Experience in hardware/software integration, TVAC, dynamic, EMI, or space vehicle testing (preferred).
