The Senior Associate, Network Planning Engineer joins the team to serve as the L3Harris/FTI Liaison at the FAA STL/NADIN NEMC Facility. What you'll do

Serve as the primary L3Harris/FTI Liaison for operational and integration activities related to FTI and FENS services.
Support and maintain NEMC infrastructure across NAS, IP, and MS domains.
Troubleshoot operational services, infrastructure, and customer server connections across OSI Layers 1 through 7.
Provide Tier 2 on-site support for NEMC outages, impairments, and service degradations.
Support Maintenance Requests by performing impact analysis and reviewing Methods of Procedure.
Review and assess the daily health and status of NEMC infrastructure and services.
Design and generate technical reports using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Develop technical procedures and provide knowledge transfer training to onsite customer team members.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
Minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
CCNA certification required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Experience developing procedural and technical documentation (preferred).
Experience with network management tools, security appliances, Layer 2, wireless, cloud, and telecommunications (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
