What you'll do

Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance meets operational standards.
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
Analyze test results to detect issues and identify root causes with development teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation including System Models based in SysML.
Maintain the Test Automation suite for system verification.
Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify engineering processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, a graduate degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Active U.S. DoW Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI access within one year.
Experience in Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) activities including requirements development, test documentation, execution, and defect tracking.
Ability to perform manual and automated testing for software performance and functionality.
Active U.S. DoW TS/SCI security clearance (preferred).
Active Security+ CE certification (preferred).
Familiarity with MBSE/MBT/SysML, Eggplant or similar tools, Jira/Confluence, Scaled Agile Framework, DevSecOps, Java, C++, and Linux (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
