What you'll do

Design, implement, and document security solutions for National Security Systems using NIST Risk Management Framework standards.
Perform vulnerability assessments to identify risks and ensure systems meet federal compliance requirements like JSIG and FIPS.
Collaborate with developers and vendors to design secure networks, databases, and encryption technologies.
Manage data protection and privacy measures to safeguard sensitive information against cyber threats.
Configure network infrastructure to enforce security policies and prevent unauthorized access.
Integrate automated security checks into the CI/CD pipeline within a DevSecOps framework.
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks consistent with organizational security standards.
Mitigate cyber threats by implementing strategies to detect, prevent, and respond to incidents.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, a graduate degree and 1 year of experience, or 4 years of experience without a degree.
Must have an active Secret security clearance.
DoD 8140.03 IAT Level 2 certification.
Proficiency in NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and related standards like 800-53, 800-171, and JSIG.
Experience in assessment and authorization vulnerability management and cybersecurity product development.
Knowledge of network configuration, application security, and DevSecOps practices within a CI/CD pipeline.
Ability to perform Model Based System Engineering (UML, SysML, UAF) (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
