  • Conduct full-range ASIC energy evaluation and power architecture development for NVIDIA's products.
  • Develop and verify system-level power features to optimize dynamic and leakage power dissipation.
  • Perform structural, functional, and power-aware verification of power features across different stages.
  • Validate silicon efficiency and contribute ideas for Performance/Watt improvements.
  • Foster innovation in energy efficiency by developing power management solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Over 5 years of experience in ASIC power analysis and development.
  • Expertise in UPF methodologies and power-aware verification techniques.
  • Strong background in digital build flow and Verilog for low-power RTL development.
  • Experience with scripting languages, particularly Python.
  • Familiarity with multi-VT, clock gating, power gating, voltage islands, and DVFS.
  • Ability to validate power features on silicon and contribute to Performance/Watt improvements.
  • Knowledge of lab equipment for power measurements and troubleshooting board-level issues.
