What you'll do

  • Conduct deep-dive architectural assessments of target companies' infrastructure, application stacks, and data layers to identify technical debt and risks.
  • Define strategic options to align acquired assets with TransUnion’s global enterprise architecture and InfoSec standards.
  • Build data-driven technology cost models to forecast CapEx and OpEx for migration or standalone readiness.
  • Design and execute post-close integration schedules to transition target companies from Day 1 readiness to full operations.
  • Manage and govern Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) to ensure rapid, secure exits and eliminate stranded costs.
  • Drive the physical and logical consolidation of global cloud environments and legacy data center systems.
  • Track post-close technology integration budgets and report spending variances directly to executive leadership.
  • Act as the primary executive escalation point to resolve architectural bottlenecks and align cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, engineering leadership, or technical consulting.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically dedicated to leading global M&A transactions.
  • Proven success managing the full M&A lifecycle from pre-diligence scoping through post-close integration or carve-out separation.
  • Direct experience creating, negotiating, tracking, and exiting technology Transition Service Agreements (TSAs).
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, enterprise application integration, software engineering, data pipelines, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Proficiency in building technology cost models (CapEx/OpEx) and managing multi-million dollar integration budgets.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, or Certified M&A Professional are preferred.
